About

Tyler Sohier

With his roots going back to Gambier Island in the Howe Sound. He is a second generation carpenter. Growing up with wild west coast weather blowing down from the coastal mountain range he has always been aware of working with the elements. As a young adult he boated over to Rainy River on the Sunshine Coast to construct full-scribe and timber framed natural cedar homes that would eventually be freighted to different locations around the world.

In 2006 the surf called and he made the move further west to Ucluelet. His experience working with many talented west coast tradesmen has brought him wisdom and skills necessary to build in the rainforest. From concrete to wood work, siding, roofing, custom finishing he has a diverse skill set helping you bring your vision to fruition.
